Mr. Farah is a successful serial entrepreneur who founded and sold multiple companies, Patrick Farah most recently co-founded The Power Company, Patrick Farah also co-founded U.S. First Energy (USFE) in early 2000’s near the inception of commercial and residential deregulation. As CFO and CMO of USFE, Mr. Farah was instrumental in establishing the company’s exclusive partnership with Suez Energy – one of the 100 largest companies in the world. Mr. Farah’s company was the exclusive retail sales vendor for Suez Energy in the United States, where he oversaw the development of a total contract value with Suez of over $400 Million – more than 15 times the volume of Suez’s previous vendor. While procuring a residential base of 50,000 customers, USFE achieved the prestige title of top First Choice Power’s sales broker. USFE has subsequently enhanced its business model, and is now branded as The Power Company. The Power Company, headquartered in Chicago, currently operates in all deregulated states.Mr. Farah has a B.S. from Shepherdstown University, graduating with a double major. Mr. Farah is a veteran executive and marketing expert having extensive experience in building large scalable businesses and establishing highly lucrative strategic alliances. As COO and CMO of Nutraceutical Supplement and Distribution Inc., he successfully increased the company’s revenues to $50 Million and built a 124,000 person distribution network in a three year period. Mr. Farah developed a comprehensive direct marketing effort that transformed the company and led to its successful sale.

Ms. Arts has 25 years’ experience in Sales and Marketing and spearheads the commercial sales of The Power Company, including business development, sales, and marketing. Ms. Arts is dedicated to developing mutually beneficial business relationships and strategic alliances to further enhance the growth of TPC. Ms. Arts’ career included tenure at Jack Carl Futures, one of the largest commodities brokerage firms in the world which was acquired by Man Financial to later become MF Global. Her consistent top performance and equity raising, which was well over $50MM and 500 retail accounts annually, earned her the honor of the leading salesperson in the country for her entire tenure there. Her career in the commodities and investment management world began at Stark Research, a highly regarded CTA performance/research company. She successfully developed a solid client base of affluent individuals, CPOs (Commodity Pool Operators), FCMs (Futures Commission Merchants), CTAs (Commodity Trading Advisors) and Pension Fund Managers throughout the commodity industry. Ms. Arts is a member of The Executives’ Club of Chicago and an active volunteer for Bear Necessities, a pediatric cancer foundation based in Chicago, whose mission is to eliminate pediatric cancer and to provide hope and support to those who are touched by it. In 2006 and 2009 Ms. Arts was recognized as Bear Necessities’ volunteer of the year.
